Pastel Blank is the shape-shifting project of Canadian songwriter Angus Watt, blending quirky post-punk edges with pop-minded hooks and off-kilter grooves. With collaborators from Montréal, Vancouver, and Victoria, they craft what they call “dance music for people who don’t know how to dance” — a nervy, playful collage of familiar yet strange sounds.
